Thanks a lot for your help! Everything is working. Just for information. It turns out interesting. If all the plugins are deactivated, then you can work with this news widget (edit). And what exactly exactly affects the plugin – it’s not clear. Separately, everything turned off, but none of the plugins are not affected. I.e. I went through all the plugins, and did not understand which of them affects negatively.
