I did a renewal last month on a Lawyer Pro licence but can’t download the theme files form my Acme Themes account.

What info would you need from me to help troubleshoot

Hi, I believe the order number is 114265. But I got a few additional orders for the same licence and they appeared to be autogenerated as nothing was taken from our bank account
