Instruction Documentation?
The supplied documentation is useless. It doesn’t explain anything. When I was contemplating purchasing the theme I made sure to check there was documentation. But when I come to using it, I discover it is more than useless.
So what is needed are a series of “Getting Started Tutorials” where are they?
How could you leave your customers without any instructions on how to get started? Didn’t anyone in your organisation assume they would be necessary? What do you expect your customers to do?
Where are the Getting Started Tutorials? The supplied documentation is useless, it doesn’t explain anything.
