How to remove Join Us

I want to edit or otherwise control the “Join Us” and “Read More” from the Feminine Theme of my homepage http://www.eszdigitaldesign.com/. Where do I do that? Currently clicking on these two links leads to nowhere.

Second, I would like to remove the hollow pink box next to the “What I Do” menu item, but can’t figure out where to control this.

Any help would be much appreciated.
