    Hellow,
    I have an active subscription to Medical Circle Pro since 10-22-2024. I can access the My Access page but when I try to download the zip file I get the message “You must have an active subscription to Medical Circle Pro in order to download this file.”. I urgently need to work with this template on my page and I still can’t get started. Please I need real help to solve this problem that has been going on for several days, if not please return my money. Thank you very much in advance.
