    Hi,

    When I press on the menu icon in mobile on my website, nothing happens. The icon just changes colour and the menu doesn’t show up. Is there any way to fix this issue?

    This appears to be happening after the recent theme update. The mobile menu no longer works. When you click it none of the links work nor do the submenu items display. We have deactivated all plugins and the issue is still there.

    It has been updated to the latest version and that is when this mobile menu broke. Even your demo on your website does not work properly on mobile. Is it on the most current version https://demo.acmethemes.com/education-base/

    Hello, I wanted to follow up on this as we have the theme updated to the most current version Version: 3.0.6.
    The mobile menu still does not work properly.
    Also if you test your demo for this theme on a mobile device you will see that the mobile menu also does not work on your demo version.

    Is it running the same current version Version: 3.0.6?
    Again this started happening recently either after WordPress updates or the theme update.
    None of the submenu items work and none of the mobile menu links work.
    Please let me know what we can do to fix this.

    Hello, are you looking into this since the demo pro version of this theme does not work properly? The mobile menu is broken.

    No they didn’t. I provided multiple screenshots and videos of the issue happening, but they refused to understand the issue or correct it. The theme is pretty much worthless now as it does not in every browser. We had to go with a completely different company and theme because of this.

    Thank you for the reply. Yes they are horrible I did finally find some documentation in the demo file that was never there before not sure if it works or not I’m redoing a few pages to test it. Do you like current provider if so want to share who you went with.
