Hello,
My website is http://www.hineon.com , recently the icon has error to show, please click this link, on main menu, right side of design guide, it suppose to show an arrow.

Generally, this issue arises when your site has more than one or a different font awesome loaded than our theme. We hope that any of your installed plugin has a different version of font-awesome. So, to make sure please deactivate your plugin one by one and review the issue.
