Thank you so much for using our theme. We created the logo of that design and size for our demo. You can make the logo size as demo if you want the same layout.
The logo size on the demo is612*111. You can create your own logo and put it on the site.

The dimension of the slider image is840*480whereas, the size is automatically cropped by the acme fix images. This things is somehow complex, so it takes a lot time for the customization. If the images quality are low in size, the image will stretched. So, we recommend you to use the high quality image for it.
a. Set the images size on Setting > Media as mentioned size on documentation.
b. Install and Activate Acme Fix Images plugin and fix the image size.
c. You must have the high quality image. If the images are in low size, it will appear as blur.Hope you understand.

If the provided options are not useful for your need, you need to customize the theme. Would you please elaborate what you actually want to do on that featured section? All the codes for slider are inside
acmethemes/hooks/slider-selection.php. You can check that files and customize as your need.

If you are using the premium theme, there are lots of options but increase height/width is part of customization. Because, we designed a theme in a such way that it will be fine on any type of devices.

The intro loader image will stay until the site load. If the site loaded, it will go away. If you need longer, you can use any popup plugin and add that image on it.Thank you
