    Hello Phoenix,
    You know how to activate/deactivate plugins ?
    Please remove the jetpack plugin once and again add the new jetpack plugin. After that, while activating plugin, activate the necessary extensions only. Don’t install Photon extension. If something is went wrong, you are doing another thing mistake. Please check it properly.

    Hello phoenix,
    Please deactivate the Photon extension of jetpack.
    After deactivating the Photon, it will work for you. No need to uninstall the all the jetpack plugin.

    Thank you so much for your questions. The intro loader will load until the site is loaded. If the site takes a large time, the intro loader will keep on loading, and if the site opens too fast, it will not load more. Are you searching for something different?

    You can increase the logo size from acmethemes/hooks/core.php file. You will get the custom logo size there and increase the height and width. Also, please provide the site url and the necessasry logo size, so that we can provide the best solutions. If you are not able to increase the logo size, let us know. We will provide the best alternative solutions for you.

    We checked the Adsense code by adding on text widgets and it is working fine here. Text widgets supports Adsense code. Have a look here. Please check your code once or generate your code again and check it.

    Thank you so much for your question. In our pro version, you can add the Adsense codes on Header Advertisement, on sidebars with AT Advertisement Widget and also on home page as well. Please view the demo and you will know about the Adsense place on pro.
    In case of free theme, you can add the Adsense codes on content section, or only with Text Widget.
    In pro theme, you will get lots of additional features.

    Thank you so much for your question. Actually this is not the theme issues. As per your errors, it seems that you missed some files or mistake the update query as well. Please follow the below steps:
    1. Download the latest WordPress from http://www.wordpress.org
    2. And replace the wp-includes & wp-admin folder with the latest WordPress.
    3. Save the permalinks from the backend.
    4. View front end.

    Hello William,
    Thank you so much for your questions. Would you please check the Logo options inside the Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. You will find the options there. In the new version of WordPress, logo section is moved on Site Identity and if the user is using the old version of WordPress, they will get the options inside header options.

    Are you using child theme ? If you are not developer, you can use activate the parent theme. We developed the child theme for developer, who can customize the theme. We recommend you to use the parent theme so that, this type of problem will not appear on parent theme.
