In case of theme customization, we are able to provide the responsive and other matters. We only provide the theme support. If you customize the theme, you have to do it yourself or if you can’t to it, you can hire customizer.Thank You

Are you activated the child theme ? Is there any customization on child theme ? If not, please activate the Parent theme and in parent theme, you will get all the features. So, please for the quick solution you can do it. We will soon provide the updates with the solution.Thanks

If you want to use the same theme on more than one domain, you need to buy the other theme as well. Because one theme with personal license is only for a site.
And you can easily make the multilanguage site using WPML plugin as well as free plugin using Polylang.
And if you want to make the shop site, you can use WooCommerce for it. After using woocommerce, you can make the site like our demo here

Thank you so much for your question regarding our theme Corporate Plus Pro. As per your question, you want to build the separate site using the same theme or are you going to build a multisite ? And we think you are using personal plan of theme, so in personal plan you can only use the theme on one site. If you use it on more than one, your theme will only activate on one site and only one site get support and updates. If you want to make the site in two languages, you can either use plugin or translate the theme manually usingmofile.
