Please always use the featured image with high quality. In our theme we recommend you to use “Acme Fix Images” plugin to make the size compatible with theme. Please follow this documentation for making the image size:

Hello, there is no any problem on our theme as mentioned above. Did you change any code on theme or add any codes on pages? Is there any plugin installed for making the above page link? If so, please try once by deactivating that plugin and create a page. Hope it will work for you.
To create page Go to pages > Create New > Give Title > Content > and select the default template and click on update.
