Thank you for the detailed steps. We did everything to the T and it still doesn’t work. What might the problem be?

How do I get the Excerpt section to display in the back-end while creating a page?

We did try what you are suggesting. However, it just pulled a few words even though we specified that we wanted to display more content. That’s the only reason we are trying to use the short description to display the same content. Is it a tech issue?

Thank you for the reply. But that was not my question. We know how to add a line break while creating a page. We are not creating a page here.

We are using the widget About Us. And we are trying to add a line break in the SHORT DESCRIPTION.
