YOUR theme is not on my site anymore. I had to purchase a NEW theme from somebody else, The new theme is similar to your theme. Your theme is not fixed. I tried it yesterday. Can I please have a refund?

I have updated to version 3.1.1. The problem is still not fixed. I need to purchase a theme from someone else so I can develop my clients site. I do not have time to wait for you to fix this problem. Can I have a refund please?

I downloaded an installed the latest version of the theme. I do not have any plugins installed. The menu is still not working properly. It’s a clean install on a clean database. The Submenu opens at the top and cannot be clicked, because when we move the mouse to the submenu tab, the menu closes. I sent another message with screenshots to show this probblem. Please check your pending messages.

Thank you. It’s working now. I think it was a caching issue because I didn’t do anything to fix it.

I am still waiting for a reply. Your email said someone would respond 4 days ago. Your theme broke when WordPress upgraded. I have been emailing you about this for 3 months. Please fix it. I have 4 clients who use this theme. It needs to be fixed.

Hello,
Please log back into my site and go to Appearance>Customize.
I can not customize the site even when page builder is deactivated.
I have 4 clients who use this theme. I do not want to rebuild all 4 sites.
This problem started with WordPress’ most recent upgrade.
It happens only on this theme. It needs to be fixed.
