OK. SO I resized all the images. They do look better, but it didn’t affect the title display at all. The titles are still displaying incorrectly.
OK. So a couple questions on this then – I am not using the select a page option. I have been using the custom option. ( That measurement is not displayed there by the way) I am open to changing how I have it set up, but would like to know how your demo is set up? If it is set up on the select a page option I don’t see where this will improve things, because, as I said above, your demo doesn’t work properly either. I would like to have some level of comfort that investing the time in this will resolve the problem. Thanks
This has been frustrating. I also worked with the online chat person, who told me the concern would be looked into, but I have heard nothing back. The image and scrolling title text does not work correctly on the demo version either. It does the same thing mine does. the lack of response from my chat suggest the issue is known and being ignored, though I truly hope that is not the case. Is anyone else out there having this issue? I feel at this point, I’ve been sold a bogus bill of goods. Is there a resolution?
