I am having a somewhat similar issue. I sent a support question titled: White space between featured slider selection and featured info

For basic Basic Info Display Options, I selected Absolute feature slider. I want the info to display on top of the bottom of the feature images, just like the demo. But my images are too high up that there are white spaces between the featured images and the feature info. How can I reduce the white space? I have changes the size of the images, but same issue.
