Please I need an urgent solution to this problem. I need to work on my page and I am already very late, as you told me the day before yesterday I sent an email with the information to [email protected], but I still haven’t received a response. I have access to My Account but I can’t download the zip file until today. I made the purchase of Medical Circle Pro on 10-22-2024 and I already sent the order id in the mentioned email. Please this is really urgent for me, I need to work on this.Hi,
As you indicated in the forum reply, I access My account but when I try to download the zip file I get the message “You must have an active subscription to Medical Circle Pro in order to download this file.” Please tell me how I can get the file. The Order ID is ACMEIT241022-4882-49109. Thanks in advance. Also I sent an email to [email protected] with the same info. ThanksJavier
The same thing happens to me, Yesterday I bought a Medical Circle Pro theme and I still haven’t been able to download the file.
Here is the message that I am getting wwhen try to download the file:
“You must have an active SuperMagPro subscription to be able to download this file.”When you enter it says that the subscription is active.
what can I do?
