There have been at least 5 emails to them also they had replied to my email and yet asking for my reply.

Just a FYI for anyone who uses #acmethemes I have stayed up in my time zone Central time to their time zone trying to reach support which is non existent live support! I am going on over a week for help with a paid pro theme.
I don’t know how long this is suppose to take to figure out the issue. But it has not worked in weeks kind of hard to run any business. I have not heard one word even on what the renewal I paid for is for clearly not support. The webpage says support great I haven’t seen that!
Well that update did not fix a thing. Still can’t reach support via chat this has got to be the worst customer service ever
I take that back. I might have a old one I see a different version in a different area of I see 1.0.3 but let me try that I that what the yearly subscription is? It just keeps it updated
Yes I had done that already a few times and cleared cache. And some reason I can’t even get the bubble for text support.
It’s http://www.premiercustomcurbing.com but I had to change menu from pulldown bar to just each page right now. Cause it wasn’t working and I had no idea why.
