2. You can try by selecting the layout size, if you can describe what you exactly want through image or screenshot, we can provide you custom CSS if possible.

The slider image size it too high about 4MB, which definitely require time to load. We have two suggestions for you.
1. Compressed image and make it low size
2. You can enable intro loader too on your site.

We are using bxslider on SuperMag theme.
Recently it has bug need to fix.
Please see this thread ,
You can fix it for you self, by changing bxslider and bxslider min or give us some time to fix it on the next update of the theme.

Theme doesn’t have that functions , We think there are some plugins available for that, we suggest you to search the plugins.
