Hello haleygraham,

– Yes that is actually caused by using a sticky header. We will try to make it more smoother in the future updates.
– Header Image is used as background image in the header, so it is not scaled in responsive devices.
– Pro forum is only visible to Premium members.

1. Header Image display on inner pages and Feature Section display on Front Page, may be by combining Feature section and header Image you will get what you want

The image is used as background image, it is not possible to show full image without customization of the theme.
But you can add the following custom CSS to show more part of the image
```
.inner-main-title {
	height: 400px;
}
```
You can increase the height as you want.
